Denver—Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Neil M. Gorsuch was confirmed to the United States Supreme Court on April 7, 2017. Judge Gorsuch was appointed to the Tenth Circuit on August 8, 2006.

Chief Judge Tymkovich remarked, “Judge Gorsuch has been an integral member of the Court for over ten years. The Circuit has benefited from his undeniable intellect, work ethic, and collegiality and he will be greatly missed.
